Yuri Dominguez, CRNA
I’ve spent the past 42 years of my life in healthcare. I began my journey in healthcare as an Army Medic with the 82nd Airborne Division. After an honorable discharge from the US Army, I became a Critical Care Registered Nurse working in an Emergency Department and later on in the Intensive Care Unit. For the past 28 years I have worked as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist.
I believe learning can be tailored to a person’s needs. Our goal is to provide BLS and ACLS certification in an efficient manner that fits the needs of the healthcare provider while still maintaining the standards of the American Heart Association.
Completion of the courses will not make one an expert on cardiovascular pathology, vasoactive pharmacology or airway management. These skills must be practiced on a regular basis. However, the course will meet the standards of the American Heart Association on resuscitation as it relates to advanced cardiac life support while functioning in a team model. The course will provide American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certification.
